VINCENT ENYEAMA WINS BIG IN FRANCE

Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama has won the RFI - FRANCE 24 Marc-Vivien Foé Award for the best African player in the French Ligue 1 football championship for the 2013-14 season, it has been announced.

The Lille goalkeeper won out over Ivory Coast defender Serge Aurier (Toulouse FC) and Cameroon international player Henri Bedimo (Olympique Lyonnais).

Enyeama, 31, was picked by a jury composed of French football journalists after each member selected three names from a list of 10 players previously drawn up by the RFI and France 24 sports departments.

After putting in some remarkable performances right throughout the season, Enyeama impressed football enthusiasts by keeping a clean sheet for 11 consecutive matches (1062 minutes).

Obviously, this freedom makes me happy indeed but your motive, at least the perceived it, tore my heart to shreds. I heard it is all about 2015, and not that I was unfairly incarcerated or that a court of competent jurisdiction had acquitted me. However, I maintain even now that I am innocent of the crimes I was accused of and condemned to death for. I am not the only one to rise from the dead. Your wife, Patience, also died and returned, remember?

THE FIRST BLACK MINISTER IN ITALY CONDEMNS RACISM

The first Black minister in Italy has condemned the act of racial discrimination, as it was said that a spectator from the crowd threw banana at her while she was making a speech at her party rally on Friday the 21st of July 2013 .

Cecile Kyenge who was born in the Republic of Congo has started a fair right group, with an aim of making it easier for foreigners to get the Italian Citizenship without much stress and discrimination.

Shortly before the incident on Friday, members of the right-wing Forza Nuova group left mannequins covered in fake blood at the site of the rally in Cervia, central Italy.

This was in protest against Kyenge’s proposal to make anyone born on Italian soil a citizen.

THE BRITISH PM SEEN BUYING FISH

After coming in for criticism for his stuffy holiday outfits in the past, it certainly is a step in the right direction.
But David Cameron still can’t quite pull off the effortlessly casual look, it seems.
Last year, the Prime Minister was ridiculed by fashion watchers for wearing dark cotton trousers and smart black work shoes during a family break to Majorca.
